How far in advance should I reserve a portable restroom?
We recommend booking at least one week in advance. During peak season, earlier reservations help ensure availability.
Does someone need to be present for delivery or pickup?
No. We just need clear access for the truck and any gate codes or placement instructions ahead of time.
When will the restrooms be serviced?
Your service schedule is outlined in the rental agreement. If you need additional cleanings, contact us to adjust the schedule.
Where will the restrooms be placed?
Please mark the preferred location or provide placement notes in advance. The spot should be level, accessible by our truck, and clear of traffic.
How are the toilets kept clean and sanitary?
Each service visit includes pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, deodorizing, and restocking supplies so the unit stays ready for use.
Will the toilet arrive clean?
Yes. Every unit is delivered clean, stocked, and ready to use.
How does billing work?
Rentals are billed upfront and can be paid by credit card, cash or check. Long-term rentals are typically billed on a 28-day cycle, with invoices sent by email.
Can we rent for just one day?
Yes. We can deliver for a one-day rental and pick up the following day if needed.
